How does pricing work?
You pay $20 per unit per month. Add or remove units anytime — your bill adjusts automatically.
What counts as a "unit"?
Each rentable space — an apartment, house, or room — counts as one unit. Common areas and vacant units are not counted.
Is there a free trial?
We don't offer a free trial, but every account comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If RentalRelay isn't right for you, email hello@rentalrelay.io within 30 days of your first invoice and we'll refund your first month — no questions asked.
Are SMS messaging costs included?
Yes. Normal SMS usage is included in your monthly per-unit price — no metering, no surprise bills. We reserve the right to charge at-cost overage for accounts that consistently exceed ~200 SMS segments per unit per month (we'd email you well before any charge applied), but in practice no RentalRelay account has hit that threshold.
What happens when I add more units?
Your billing updates automatically. When you add a property or unit, your next invoice reflects the change. No action needed.
